Check in is from 4pm with a checkout by 10am.
No children under 10 years old accepted.
No smoking is allowed in the apartments or in the grounds.

No hen or stag parties 

No pets - small friendly dog onsite but no access to apartments

Payment
100% payment required to secure booking. Dates are not confirmed until payment is received and will show as available across all booking platforms. 

Bank transfer, cheque or cash only accepted

Cancellation
50% of the total is non refundable in the event of cancellation and no cancellations can be accepted less than 1 month prior to your arrival and full payment will be retained
